Skillshot to Host First Hybrid GGDA Meeting of 2022 on April 12

We are featuring two presentations Tuesday instead of just one. Todd Harris is going to present on “College Esports and You”, about all the opportunities in the amazing growth of this area, and then a panel will share “Esports Success for the Rest of Us,” discussing how those of us who are not top-tier players can still succeed in esports as streamers, game devs, organizers and more.

Skillshot Media, one of the world’s leading esports tournament organizers and broadcasters, is hosting GGDA members in person April 12. This will be our first hybrid meeting of the year, with GGDA members able to meet at Skillshot’s esports gaming hub in uptown Atlanta or watch the presentation online. Skillshot is providing a sneak peak at its new facilities, as well as its Collegiate Esports Commissioner’s Cup in May.

When: 6 pm April 12

Tours and networking are both before and after the presentations. Presentations start at 7 pm on

How Much: Free for GGDA members or Skillshot volunteers, $10 all others

Parking: Skillshot is very MARTA accessible, with the Lindbergh train station directly across the street. If you do not MARTA to the event, you can park in the MARTA parking deck for $10.
