Just a few days after the leaks of the arrival of new Battle and Held items came to light, reliable Pokémon Unite dataminers on Twitter have now come up with other probable releases of new Snow Mode Battle Item additions and more. The last time out, we reported the arrival of battle items, which would be permanent additions to the game. This time, the indications state that the upcoming items might only be for quick battles. Let us take a quick peep into what Eevee, the reliable dataminer for Pokémon Unite has to say about this set of Battle Items.
Pokémon Unite Snow Game Mode: New Battle items
The three Snow Mode Battle items which the Pokémon Unite dataminers have leaked are as follows:
The battle item creates a freezing zone, decreasing the movement speed of opposing Pokémon that enter it. Opposing Pokémon that remain in the zone for a set amount of time are left frozen. This seems like an upgrade of the Slow Smoke item, only with the frozen effect at the end. This item furthermore, also hints towards the probable addition of Snowball fighting events in Quick battles. It is highly likely that such fights would take place in Shivre City.
This item creates an impenetrable wall of electricity that disappears after a set amount of time. Pokémon from the opposing team that comes in contact with the wall is left unable to act. Well, this looks like a mix-up between Mr Mime’s wall and Zeraora’s stun moves. This might also have something to do with Zapdos in some Quick Battle or anywhere else.
This item will teleport the Pokémon to the designated area after a set amount of time passes. With gamers across social media claiming this to be an Eject Button with a bit longer steps, this would undoubtedly be the favourite among the three Snow Mode Battle items added. Using this across a mini-map would be massive.
As of now, what we know is that these items in the quick battles might arrive during Christmas time. Also, it is highly likely that the selection of these items would be random and only be given to the players once the battle starts. Whether our speculation is correct, only time will tell.
