Cyberpunk 2077 made headlines at The Game Awards 2022, as CD Projekt RED revealed an exciting detail about the game’s upcoming paid expansion, Phantom Liberty. As we all know, Keanu Reeves will be returning as Johnny Silverhand, but there is another Hollywood actor that will be joining the mix. It is official, Bloodsport actor, Idris Elba, will be entering the Cyberpunk 2077 universe as Solomon Reed in the Phantom Liberty Expansion.

Although this is as exciting as it gets, a report by PCGamer shares some interesting news about it. An artist, that goes by the name Zsolt Kosa was able to predict the arrival of Hollywood actor almost 2 years before the announcement was made. u/Aman re-posted the image of Idris Elba that was posted on the r/cyberpunkgame subreddit 2 years ago and it has now blown up.
On Zsolt Kosa’s Artstation page, players will find two iterations of the image. The first one has Idris with blue cybernetic eyes and the other has them covered up with some Cyberpunk themed shades. Here’s what Kosa wrote about the images on his page, “I thought it would be great to see Idris Elba in the Cyberpunk world. Here is the result of a quick photo bashing based on the idea. I hope you like it.”
